Q: Who can play Mt. Laurel Girls Softball?
A: Any girl that has turns 5 as of April 1st all the way up to girls who are under 18 as of January 1st. We offer leagues for all ages. Some of the leagues are grade based and some of the leagues are age based (calendar year).

League	Grade	Description
TBall	K	Instructional league to start getting girls familiar with the game of softball. The league is for girls in Kindergarten.
Ponytail	1st	Instructional league where girls play coach-pitch games. No score or standings are kept in this league.
Rookie	2nd & 3rd	Instructional league where girls play coach-pitch games. No score or standings are kept in this league.

If your daughter is not in one of the grades listed in the table, you will register your daughter for a league that is based on her age as of January 1st of the current year. It does not matter what her age is when registering or during the season, it is only based on how old she was on January 1st.
Q: My daughter is really good at softball and we want to move her up to the next league, but the website won't allow us to register her the next league. How do we go about moving our daughter up?
A: Although we recommend that your daughter play with her age group and friends in our recreation programs, there are times that it makes sense to have a girl move up a league. If you feel that your daughter fits this criteria, please contact the commissioner of the league that you'd like to move her to. If you are unable to get in contact with a commissioner, you can email us at [email protected] and we will help you get in touch with the correct people. Girls wishing to move up are looked at on a case-by-case basis and must be re-evaluated each year in which she'd be playing above her grade level.

Q: My daughter plays another sport or participates in another activity. What days of the week will my daughter have softball practices/games?
A: We can't say. It changes year-to-year based on our registration numbers. Based on league sizes and field availability, you may find that your daughter's league's scheduled softball activities are linked to a couple of time slots each week. On average, especially at the younger ages, your daughter will be scheduled for softball once during the week and once on the weekend. If your daughter has a conflict with softball and another activity it is up to the parents/daughters to decide how to handle the conflict. We recommend softball, but we are biased. If you choose the other activity over softball, please let your daughter's coach know.

Q: Can you tell me when my daughter's practices/games will be?

A: We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you need to pay by check, you'll need to email us at [email protected] to find out the process.

Q: I want to pay by check. Do I still have to register online?
A: Yes. If you want to pay by check, we still ask that you register your daughter(s) online. This allows us to have your daugther(s) information in our registration database. We will tell you how to do it after you contact us.

Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email. Is my daughter(s) registered to play Mt. Laurel Girls Softball?
A: No. Our new registration process uses a shopping cart. Your daughter(s) registration is probably still in your shopping cart. Login to our site and complete the checkout process to register your daughter(s).

Q: I'm unsure if my daughter(s) is registered for Mt. Laurel Girls Softball. How can I tell if she is registered?
A: Login to our site and click on the "My Account" link. When your account is displayed, click the "My Orders" tab. Click on the "Order History" link and you will see all of your completed orders. Please check your account first before contacting us about your registration status.

Q: I registered my daughter(s) and chose to pay by check. How will I know that you have received it?
A: Login to our site and click on the "My Account" link. When your account is displayed, click the "My Orders" tab. If we have not received your check, you will see that your order status still says "Pending". When we receive your check and mark your account as paid, you should get an email letting you know of your updated status. Please check your account first before contacting us about your registration status.

Q: I'm having problems with registration. Who can I contact to get some help?
